Live-in care is for anybody who wishes to remain independent in their own home but requires a basic to complex nursing-led level of support to improve their quality of life. It might suit your relative if they need help with:

The assessment process, step by step:
Initial contact: During the phone conversation, our consultant will ask you some basic information and will arrange a face to face visit.
Face to face visit: We want to make sure that we fully understand your needs. You and your relative will be asked questions about the services you want and need.
A personalised care plan: following on our meeting, a personalised care plan will be drawn up with you, in order to clearly set out the duties our carer will need to undertake.
Placement of a live-in carer: once a carer is placed with you, our team will contact you regularly to make sure that everything is going well.
Review meetings: regular meetings will be organised to ensure that your needs and expectations are still being met, or in case of changed circumstances, the care plan can be updated.
