Care and Support

Care and support at home

What does it do?

We provide experienced care and support workers and nurses to assist individuals to live as independently as they are able to. We can provide support with anything from personal care, to medication, meal preparation and accessing the community.
Our services are all person centered and the support offered will be tailored to meet the needs and wishes of each individual.

Who it is for?

We provide support to older people, people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, mental health issues and those with complex nursing needs who wish to remain at home. We can provide support to those with palliative (end of life) care needs, and those who need full time live in care.

Where it is available?

Local service (Epping Forest, Harlow, Maldon, Southend-on-Sea, Tendring, Thurrock, Uttlesford, Basildon, Braintree, Brentwood, Castle point, Chelmsford, Colchester, Rochford).

What it costs:

The cost of care varies according to the specific needs of each individual.

How to access or apply for it:

If you would like more information or to have an informal discussion about your requirements, then please call or email and speak to one of our friendly team.

What to expect then:

If we are able to provide support we will arrange to come and meet the individual and their family/significant others to carry out a full assessment in order to understand the needs and wishes of the individual.
