DOLPHIN HEALTHCARE SERVICES
Delivering a seamless Domiciliary Care and Live-in-care Service 24/7What does it do?
We provide a Person-centred care which places great premium on Equality Opportunity for all. We also ensure that our carers are up to date with mandatory trainings which are in tandem with Care Standards as enunciated in the Care Act, 2014. It is important to state here that we put in place a rigorous recruitment drive policy which ensure that new carers go through the DBS checks and are eligible to work in the UK. Our training ensures that our carers deliver appropriate and safe Domiciliary care to individuals in need of our services. In addition we also
provide Live-in-Care service 24/7 where and whenever required.
Our carers are able to carry out basic procedures as delegated by and under direction/supervision of the Responsible Individual. The carers are trained to maintain dignity and respect and demonstrate an empathetic and caring approach to patients and relatives. Our service through supervision ensures that carers work within the boundaries of their roles, communicate appropriately with service users and document information to maintain effective continuity of care.
