Generation Games

Physical activity service for older people

What does it do?

Generation Games is Age UK Oxfordshire’s physical activity service. Our aim is very simple: to help you get moving and enjoy life to the full.

It’s never too late to start exercising – and it’s one of the most effective ways to maintain independence and ensure we stay steady on our feet.  Generation Games has a wide choice of physical activity opportunities on offer across Oxfordshire, from Tai Chi to chair-based exercise and Zumba Gold.

Find out which sessions are on near you that you might enjoy, get a personalised recommendation of what activity might suit you, or be inspired to try something new.
