Slimmin' Without Women

What does it do?

Our Slimmin' without Women programme offers a solution for men over 50 who want to become more active and lose weight but don't want to go to a mainstream slimming club or join a gym.

Our fun and active ten week programme helps overcome challenges to getting healthier and includes learning about nutrition and different types of exercise, including trying out armchair exercises, gentle walking, circuit training and a tour of local the gym facilities.
