Patients Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)

What does it do?

The PALS team can help you to sort out any problems you have with our hospital services. If you have concerns, please speak to a member of staff involved in your or the patient's care. If this does not resolve the problem, you can talk to the PALS team, in confidence. We will liaise with hospital staff and try to resolve your concerns as quickly as possible.

Patients and their relatives, friends and carers

Local service (Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster).
