We provide a personalised service supporting people with daily living tasks such as personal care, medication management, skin integrity, end of life care, dementia care, assistance with meals, respite care for caregivers and general domestic tasks.
Our Registered Manager has 25 years experience working as a Care Manager in a Health and Social Care setting both in the public and private sector.
Our staff undertake a workplace induction and all mandatory training requirements before they are deemed competent to assist people living in the community. Staff also undertake the Care Certificate which underpins the Diploma in Care Level 2.
Staff will undertake regular refresher and specialised training.

How to access or apply for it:
People can apply via the website or by telephoning the Registered Office direct and speaking to the Registered Manager.
What to expect then:
Applicants will receive an introductory visit from the Registered Manager who will explain about the company, the services offered, give hard copies of the information to read at people's leisure and to answer any questions people may have.
If we are the service chosen an assessment of need will be completed in conjunction with a risk management plan to ensure the service provided is personalised and the care/support plan is tailored to meet a person's individual need.
Regular reviews of service take place to ensure the service received is that of high quality and open communication channels encouraged between the management team and the service user with regard to service delivery.
