Our service aims to support and assist senior people wanting to relocate into a new home. We can also help those wanting to stay at home by decluttering, reorganising and removing any hazards that may be impacting on health, well-being and independence.
Our services include:
• Guiding and supporting clients with some or all of the relocation process.
• Assist with downsizing and packing up possessions.
• Support the transition into retirement homes.
• Offer an arrival and unpacking service to new homes.
• Help plan and prepare room changes, i.e. moving furniture from upstairs to downstairs.
• Declutter and reorganise home environments to fit with a client’s changing health needs.
• Create a safer home environment to prevent trips, falls and fires.
• Provide rapid response services for unexpected moves into residential or nursing homes.
• Offer peace of mind by ensuring that all of our staff are DBS (policed) checked.

We primarily aim to support people over the age of 50, but we’d be more than happy to consider anyone in need of our services.
We welcome referrals from families, carers, social services, health services, solicitors and other local community providers.

What it costs:
Our initial consultation is free.
We can either charge an hourly rate or a package rate depending on the services you would like us to deliver.
We welcome customers and their families who are interested in purchasing our service using their individual budget or direct payment.
