What does this service offer?
A Living Well Co-ordinator will visit you at home to discuss your needs and help you identify areas of your life where you would like support to make changes.
We will work one to one with you to agree a plan and the steps towards it. We will be there to give ongoing support and encouragement and we will link you to other services to meet any additional needs you might have.
Some examples of goals we have supported people to work on have included: learning to swim, joining an art group, losing weight, improving confidence using buses, joining an exercise group, learning relaxation techniques, improving cooking skills.

You can refer yourself or be referred by your G.P, health or social worker, or friend or family member (with your perrmission).

Exciting new exercise opportunities!
Living Well is starting up a new swimming group Mondays 11 -12pm at the Northbrook, £3, for people who would like to learn to swim or for those who would like an older people only environment. First session Monday 15th June and weekly thereafter. It will be just for Age UK Exeter people during this allotted hour! To find out more please phone us on 01392 202092.
