Information and advice
What does it do?
We provide a free Information, Advice and Advocacy Service for people wishing to maintain their independence and wellbeing by assisting with pension credit, benefits, housing, mobility and much more.
Our experienced Information, Advice and Advocacy Team can assist with a wide range of subjects affecting older people. If the Team are unable to assist with your enquiry, we will refer or signpost you onto an appropriate third party agency. The service is open daily Monday to Friday currently on an non-appointment based system.
