Citizens' Advice in Hyndburn

What does it do?

The Bureau is part of the Hyndburn Advice Network, a partnership of six local advice, information and support agencies working together to help Hyndburn residents access services. The partners are Age UK Lancashire, Hyndburn CAB, HARV, Lancashire Women's Centre, Maundy Relief and Scaitcliffe Community Centre. We carry out a short assessment to see how best to deal with the issue presented; this may be a follow on appointment with the Bureau or it may be a referral to another local agency that can assist you.

Advice in Health project is launched!

Bolton NHS have funded a project to enable clients to receive free advice from Bolton CAB. If you are a patient of a Bolton GP you can call our dedicated Advice in Health line on 0808 801 0011 for free advice, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

We will also be offering face to face appointments in several GP surgeries. Sessions agreed to date are:
