What does it do?

Our Adult Carer Support services are there to empower unpaid carers. Our expert team provides a wide range of practical and emotional support enabling individuals to care for those they love whilst maintaining a life of their own.

Carers Federation delivers support services available to a population of over 6 million people.  Embedded within an ethos of empowering the individual we offer:

  • Young carer support
  • Adult carer support
  • Drug and alcohol misuse support
  • Counselling
  • Healthwatch support
  • Independent Complaints Advocacy (ICA)
  • Research
  • Mentoring
  • Advocacy training

Who it is for?

The Carers Federation is dedicated to supporting carers of all ages and the people they look after.

Where it is available?

Local service (Gedling, Mansfield, Ashfield, Bassetlaw, Broxtowe, Newark and Sherwood, Nottingham, Rushcliffe).
