We provide tailored home-care support service for individuals over 18What does it do?
Assistance Following Hospital Discharge – We support individuals who have recently been discharged from the hospital and need to recuperate after surgery.
We also provide short term help until you are able to cope at home alone.
Befriending and Companionship – Helps to prevent isolation or loneliness.
Live-In Services – This service is for individuals who live alone, or who need help and support to promote and maintain their independence at home.
Night Sleep-In Service – Provides comfort and peace of mind for service users who feel safer and secure knowing that someone is there with them at home.
Palliative Care – This is for individuals who have chosen to receive end-of-life care in the comfort of their own home.
Personal Care – Includes bathing, continence-management, assisting with dressing, meal preparation, and prompting and assisting with medication.
The length of visit can range from one hour or more.
Practical Support – Includes assistance with cleaning, shopping, laundry and prescription collection. Respite Care – Covers help and support of carers who need relief from continually caring for their loved one.
Social Escorting – Involves being accompanied to cinemas, to the GP, pubs, shops, or just going out and about; enjoying the outdoors and the community.
