At Charnley Fold in Bamber Bridge, our enhanced day service supports individuals to engage in an extensive therapeutic activity programme taking into account the needs of the person, their cultural beliefs and preferences.  

We evaluate and plan our therapeutic programme which is seasonal and varied, and includes activities such as baking, gardening, creative work, woodwork, sewing, reminiscence and life story work.

The gardens at Charnley Fold have been designed specifically for individuals with Dementia, thus maximising positive engagement in outdoor activity or simply enjoy the outdoor space.

In addition to day support we offer for our service users a variety of activities which support the person with dementia and their carer, relative and/or friend.
