What does it do?

Exercise classes throughout Gateshead

Our classes include Tai-Chi (Chi Gong), line dancing, pilates, Hatha Yoga, Latin Fusion, chair based and gentle exercise to music. All of our classes are friendly, and newcomers are always made welcome!

Long and Short/Medium Walks programmes

We offer both a long and short walks programme for people who are 50 and over.

Who it is for?

This service helps people over 50 live healthier lives and promotes the advantages of a Healthy Lifestyle. We can help add years to life and life to years!
