Information & advice

Advocacy service in Ealing

What does it do?

Our information and advice centre is based at our office in West Ealing. We provide general advice on welfare benefits, advocacy, legal matters, tax, pensions, housing and will writing. We also provide a bereavement service.

You can call in to the office – in person, by telephone or by email – and our team of staff and volunteers will do their best to help you resolve issues.

If we're unable to deal with the issue ourselves, we'll find another organisation with the expertise and knowledge and refer you on.
