*Are listened to and supported by providing a listening ear

*Are given information & advice about services and support available to carers

*Know about benefits available to carers

*Receive regular support through carers' support groups

How to access or apply for it:

If you are a carer, please call us on 020 3031 2757, or email or write to us at The Noble Centre, 109a Blagdon Road, New Malden, KT3 4BD.
You can call us at any time, during out of office hours, and please leave a message. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

OPENING TIMES: 9am-5pm (Monday-Thursday), 9am-4.30pm (Friday).

What to expect then:

We will send you a small pack which includes information about us and some of the services in the borough. In the pack is a contact form which we ask you to fill in and return in the prepaid envelope.

We will ask your permission to enter your details on our database so that we can send you information on events and our newsletter.  We are covered by Kingston Carers' Network Confidentiality Policy and The Data Protection Act 1998. This means that we cannot pass any of your information to anyone else (e.g. to another service) without your prior permission, which we must request from you
