The Age UK Canterbury Dementia Outreach service provides one-to-one ongoing support, advice and information for those living with dementia and their carers. The support we give is agreed during a home visit, over the telephone or at our Centre.

We can help carers in many ways, whether its benefits advice, information about other services available, or the opportunity to talk to someone in confidence.
