Care navigator service in Canterbury

What does it do?

Our Care navigator service offers free, confidential and impartial advice to people over 50 to help them stay independent in their own homes, and our Care navigator is a KCC community equipment assessor for simple adaptations in the home.

We can arrange for our Care navigator to meet with you, usually in your own home, to help with a variety of options including, staying safe in your own home, maintaining and adapting your home to your needs, filling in forms and managing your money and benefits and also plannning the support you need.

We will then look into the issues you have discussed and help you find the best way forward, offering you a list of options to choose from, where appropriate.
