CliffCare domiciliary service offers people the support to remain living in their own homes. We will assess the needs of the person and offer a care package which will meet their needs. We offer comprehensive risk assessments as well as holistic care planning. Our services include

Who it is for?
Cliffcare offers a service to any person over the age of eighteen. We offer services for people with learning disabilities, mental illnesses, physical disabilities, people who need some support after returning from hospital and older people who just need a bi of support to remain in their own homes.

What it costs:
CliffCare prices are very competitive and dependent on the overall package. Service users may get help from carers payments PIP or disability payments
How to access or apply for it:
Cliffcare is contactable 24 hours a day. If you want to contact us please call 01254 884255 and we can arrange a visit to your house. Cliffcare is also contactable on cliffcare@outlook.com.
What to expect then:
When you have spoken to us to express an interest in knowing more about what we can do for you, I can arrange a time for you to come and see you to discuss it further. I can give you a service user handbook which explains more about us and how we work. I can also begin to formulate a care plan with you so we both know what services are most appropriate for you and how we can prvide it in the way you want it providing.
Additional information:
We pride ourself on offering quality care. Cliffcare will avoid the pitfalls seen in other domiciliary care agencies. Service users will be introduced to their care staff prior to visits, service users will not feel like the visit has been rushed due to overworked staff. Any changes in service all service users will be informed Cliffcare will avoid missed visits at all times.
