Taking just thirty minutes of moderate intensity activity, five times a week, will make you feel better!
Not enough people take sufficient exercise, and as age increases, activity levels decrease. Our award-winning Fit as a Fiddle courses, run in small friendly groups, will help you increase your activity levels, and adopt a healthier lifestyle.
