Who it is for?

For anyone over the age of 16 who are in any of the following circumstances :

  • Are aged over 50
  • Are a unpaid carer
  • Have a physical disability
  • Have a sensory disability
  • or Have a Learning Disability in (North and Mid Devon Only)

Where it is available?

Local service (East Devon, Exeter, South Hams, Teignbridge, Torbay, Torridge, West Devon, Mid Devon, North Devon, Plymouth).
