Home Support Service in BassetlawWhat does it do?
The Service can be accessed for a range of support with domestic requirements or maybe just for house-sitting or shopping. So if you are struggling to manage cleaning, laundry, shopping or any of the other things on our list our Support Service is here to help.
The Home Support Service offers fully insured, CRB checked caring staff to undertake the following:
- General Housework
- Laundry/Ironing
- Shopping/Prescription collection
- Sitting Service
- Light Meal preparation
- Escorted shopping and visits

The Home Support Service is currently available across the community and is available to all residents in Bassetlaw.

What it costs:
Hourly rates apply for the service as follows:
Standard £12.50 Per Hour
(Offer: 2 Hour session £20.00)
Other rates apply for Weekends and Bank Holidays
- Saturday £15.00 per hour
- Sunday £17.50 per hour
- Bank Hols £20.00 per hour

In order to join the scheme you must register your interest though the Action Centre.
