What does it do?

We provide a wide range of different services to meet people’s individual needs. We will encourage and support people to be in control of the decisions made about the support that they receive.

The services we are offer are:

  • general services and support
  • specialist dementia services
  • independence-focused activities
  • community connection.

Who it is for?

Our specialist services are aimed at people with a physical, sensory or memory impairment and people with an acquired brain injury.

The services are mainly used by older people but are also suitable for younger adults where we can meet their particular needs.

People must meet the County Council’s eligibility criteria for adults’ social care. Staff at our local social care offices can discuss this and explain our assessment process. However, you are welcome to contact or visit us for more information.
