Additional information:

Our ethos is simple: to provide the highest quality care for
people who need assistance to live independently and safely in their own homes,
at a competitive price.

We begin by carrying out a thorough assessment of the
customer’s needs by our highly experienced Care Manager, Malaya Serafica, to
ensure that the care provided is completely tailored to what the customer
wants. We then carefully match the customer’s needs and preferences to our Care
and Support Workers, who are always permanently assigned to a customer, thereby
ensuring continuity of care.  Malaya always
personally introduces the customer to the Care and Support Worker - they are all
hand-picked, caring and compassionate people who are then rigorously trained,
security-cleared (enhanced DBS checks) and vetted by independent referees.

We ensure that we provide our customers with services consistently
to the highest professional standards by having the most cared for Care and
Support Workers, through giving them high quality training, ongoing support and
proper and fair pay rates, thereby giving them the dignity and respect they
deserve for the difficult work they do.
