What does it do?

Neighbourhood Network Schemes are community based, locally led organisations that enable older people to live independently and pro-actively participate within their own communities by providing services that reduce social isolation, provide opportunities for volunteering, act as a “gateway” to advice/information/services promote health and wellbeing and thus improve the quality of life for the individual.

Burmantofts Senior Action (BSA) is a Burmantofts Community Project, has been in operation since 1994 and has contact with over 600 people in the local community.  We offer services and activities which you will find in this site.  please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns about someone you know or if you would like any further information.

Burmantofts Community Projects (BCP) is a registered charity and charitable company limited by guarantee with a board of volunteer directors.  Burmantofts Senior Action and Ebor Gardens Advice Centre are two projects that BCP manages.  BCP is the employer of all paid workers.
