At Warmstry Court we offer purpose-built rental properties for people over the age of 60 or over 55 if you are in receipt of PIP (Personal Independence Payment) or DLA (Disability Living Allowance).Each flat consists of a kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom/s with a 24-hour alarm service if ever you have an emergency. The site also benefits from a door entry system giving increased security to its residents. The car park is controlled by an electric barrier which only residents and their visitors have the use of. Warmstry Court offers a wide range of facilities, including a communal lounge, communal garden and decked seating area, an on-site laundry, communal parking bays and a guest room for visitors.
The scheme is situated next to the River Severn in the heart of Worcester's city centre, close to an array of shops and markets. The scheme is a short walk away from the citiy's bus depot making travelling out of the city easy and convenient.
