At Noele Court we offer purpose-built rental properties for people over the age of 60 or over 55 if you are in receipt of PIP (Personal Independence Payment) or DLA (Disability Living Allowance).

Each flat consists of a good sized kitchen, lounge, bathroom (with walk in shower) and bedroom with a 24-hour alarm service if ever you have an emergency. The flats also benefit from a door entry system and CCTV for increased security.

Noele Court offers a wide range of facilities, including a communal lounge, communal garden, an on-site laundry with both washers and driers, scooter room, communal parking bays and two guest rooms for visitors to use for a small charge. The flats are located on the main Ombersley Road close to local shops such as The Co-Operative which is less than a 5 minute walk away there is also a local Spar convenience store close by. There is easy access to bus routes into Worcester city centre or Droitwich town. There is a GP surgery with a chemist within easy walking distance.
