At Chester Court we offer purpose-built rental properties for people over the age of 60 or over 55 if you are in receipt of PIP (Personal Independence Payment) or DLA (Disability Living Allowance). Each flat consists of a kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom/s with a 24-hour alarm service if ever you have an emergency. Chester Court offers a wide range of facilities, including a communal lounge , communal garden, an on-site laundry, communal parking bays and a guest room for visitors. There is a community group within the scheme that runs social activities and events such as coffee mornings ,lunches and trips. The flats are located in the village of Boothtown with local amenities within walking distance including local shops, café, GP surgery and supermarkets. There is a bus stop at the top of the road with regular services to Harrogate , Halifax or Bradford which run every 10mins.
