At all other times the scheme is monitored by Mole Valley Call Centre through the alarm call system. In addition, an out of hours service is available to handle emergencies when a personal presence is needed.There are no communal facilities at Robertson House, however, we encourage residents to visit nearby Trickett House to join organised resident events. There is no lift service for the first-floor flats. Cats and dogs are not currently permitted.
Applications and enquiries are welcome from people aged 55 years plus who can demonstrate they have lived in the London Borough of Sutton for at least two years. We will also consider applications from non-Sutton residents who meet the age criteria and who want to move closer to relatives who can provide support.
