There is a communal laundry with washing and drying machines. Trickett House has a large communal lounge and separate communal kitchen where social activities take place. There is also a treatment room for manicure and hairdressing. There is a pre-bookable guestroom available at a nominal fee for short stay visits by carers, relatives/friends. Cats or dogs are not currently permitted. Lift services currently serve the front flats at Trickett House. We anticipate some development work in 2025 therefore lettings are likely to be restricted during building works.
Applications and enquiries are welcome from people aged 55 years plus who can demonstrate they have lived in the London Borough of Sutton for at least two years.
