Housing Managers are available during office hours and Mole Valley Call Centre monitor the community alarm system at all other times. In addition, an out of Hours service is available to handle emergencies when a personal presence is needed.There is a small communal lounge and communal gardens to front and rear. Margaret House is close to Sutton town centre and a short walk to buses and local shops. Cats or dogs are not currently permitted and there is no lift service Margaret House.
Applications and enquiries are welcome from people aged 55 years plus who can demonstrate they have lived in the London Borough of Sutton for at least two years. We will also consider applications from non-Sutton residents who meet the age criteria and who want to move closer to relatives who can provide support.
