Show more "Built in 1998, Beamsley House is a large Victorian style semi-detached house, where we provide a caring and friendly atmosphere and is a place where our residents can remain as independent as possible. Our house comprises eight en-suite studio flats with a door entry system and come unfurnished so that you can make it yours by decorating it with your own personal belongings. Our beautiful lounge dining room, which has a large window that looks out onto the patio and large split-level garden at the rear, is the perfect place to meet and form friendships with other residents in the house.
Situated in the Meads area of Eastbourne, Beamsley House is within walking distance of the seafront, where you can enjoy four miles of beach stretches, with Beachy Head to the west, the highest chalk sea cliff in Britain, and Sovereign Harbour in the east.
You’ll find something for everyone to do, as the house is close to the town centre, shopping centre, an array of restaurants, parks, theatres, and cinemas. As well as all of this, we’re close to the famous Carpet Gardens on Eastbourne’s Promenade, where you can see colourful displays of flowers from all over the world.
Our on site house manager is dedicated to ensuring that our house is safe, warm and comfortable for all of our residents, as well as providing varied, nutritious and tasty meals everyday, and that everyone is encouraged to take part in day-to-day life around the house and in the gardens. Our dedicated and caring staff are on hand to provide support to you to ensure you can take part in any activities whilst still maintaining your independence." Show less
