Show more "Built in 2002, Abbeyfield House offers retirement living in ten en-suite rooms and a one bedroom flat suitable for a couple. All rooms are unfurnished so that you can bring your own furniture, making it a home from home. Each apartment has its own en-suite shower room, hallway and kitchen cupboard with fridge and sink.

At Abbeyfield House we aim to provide a peaceful, friendly atmosphere. Residents are encouraged to remain as independent as possible and are encouraged to make our house a home from home.

We provide two healthy and delicious meals a day, which are cooked and prepared at the house. Our qualified cooks pride themselves on providing excellent food which is all freshly prepared, and where possible, using locally sourced produce. We also provide bread, milk and butter, so you can start the day at your own pace.

Located close to the centre of Bishops Castle, we are close to shops, local attractions, coffee shops, local pubs and all the necessary amenities. Slightly further from the house is the beautiful landscape of the Shropshire Hills, an attraction for people throughout the UK." Show less
