It is situated in the heart of Balsall common, a short walk from the village which offers excellent amenities including shops, doctors surgery, banks, post office, pubs and restaurants.There are 39 apartments in all - 22 for rent and 17 for leasehold ownership. They vary in size, with the majority being suitable for both single and double occupancy. All have private hallway, large store area, lounge, bathroom including shower and bath, one bedroom and fully fitted kitchen with integrated cooker, washer dryer, fridge, freezer and integrated microwave.
The accommodation which is served by a lift (adequate for wheelchairs), is on the ground, first and second floors.
