Penarth House represents another first for MHA – the first supported Retirement Housing development for sale. This enables older people to retain their capital investment whilst having access to the support that they require.

Penarth House offers 10 one-bed and 12 two-bed flats that include a wide range of features installed with the needs of older people in mind: pull-cord alarms, 24-hour response, an assisted bathing facility and anti-scald taps. Each flat is a fully re-saleable asset when the need arises – one enhanced by the Scheme’s location in the heart of a town that has earned the reputation of being a “Garden by the Sea.”
