There is a warden who lives on site for that added security and support.The House is for elderly people over the age of 55 seeking companionship and neighbourly support. This communal residency is mainly, but not exclusively, for African-Caribbean men and women, who wish to retain some independence and have the security of knowing that help is available should it be needed" Show less
