Gracey Court opened in 1993 and is designed to provide the highest quality accommodation in a warm, friendly and peaceful environment in the centre of Broadclyst, near to the local church that is a member of the local Clyst Mission Community.
The Scheme is set in extensive gardens with views over the Devon countryside and has accommodation for 37 residents provided in self-contained flats, each with patio or balcony. There are seven flats for married couples and 23 for the single or widowed pensioner. As in all the Board's Supported Housing Schemes, each flat at Gracey Court has a lounge with en-suite kitchenette facilities, together with a bedroom and bathroom with shower.
