The apartments range from studio settings and one or two bedroom apartments. The apartments are laid out across 3 floors accessed by a main lift. The apartments comprise of living room, bedroom, fitted kitchen and low level entry shower suites. Ground floor communal areas comprise of a large lounge/ dining area and kitchen, fully equipped laundry, scooter store with charging points, hairdressing salon, and a guest room.Contributions include heating, water, repairs and warden support. Trinity Gardens benefits from surrounding communal grounds, the garden comprises of established hedging, a raised garden, patio seating area, and lawns. The gardens are a haven for small garden birds, squirrels, hedgehogs and local urban foxes.
The majority of our apartments over look our gardens and nearby park. A private resident car park is available on site. Warden Support Team Support is provided by The Hospital of God Principal Warden and Warden.
