The scheme comprises of 36 one and two bedroom flats. Each flat is self-contained with its own bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom. The scheme is situated 10 miles from the town of Bridgend and 17 miles from the nearest seaside town. There is a Scheme Manager on site Mon-Fri, working 37 hours per week on flexible time, to ensure the building is maintained and to provide support to tenants to maintain their independence and manage their tenancies. Outside of these hours there is a 24 hour alarm system connected to a Control Centre. There are communal facilities, such as a communal lounge, kitchen, guest room and laundry. If you wish to participate, there are regular activities organised, such as tea and toast, bingo, exercise classes, shopping trips and day trips.
