However the cosy residents lounge is well used and our staff member based here provides support to residents of both Peverell House and Cobbs Place, next door.Cobbs Place is a scheme of 31 larger one bedroom flats arranged across several 3 storey blocks with open access from externally appointed staircases. The scheme is arranged in lovely grounds but these do slope up towards Peverell House at the rear. Residents of the 22 flats set aside for use as sheltered housing have use of the facilities at Peverell House. The remaining 9 flats (mainly top floor) are categorised as “general needs”." Show less
