At Church View we offer purpose-built rental properties for people over the age of 60 or over 55 if you are in receipt of PIP (Personal Independence Payment) or DLA (Disability Living Allowance). Each bungalow consists of a kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom/s with a 24-hour alarm service if ever you have an emergency.
Church View offers a wide range of facilities, including a communal lounge, communal garden, an on-site laundry and communal parking bays. The bungalows are located in a quiet cul-de sac which has a wooded area encouraging lots of natural wildlife. There are 2 GP surgeries, chemist, library, variety of shops, cafes, and supermarkets close by, the centre of town is a 10 minute walk or there is a regular bus service at the end of the road. The main hospital is situated at the far side of town and can be accessed by bus or park and ride.
There are various activities throughout the week in the centre for all to enjoy. There is a Scheme Manager service responsible for the management of the building, security and communal areas.
