All have modern kitchens with integral cookers, hobs and fridge freezers. On-site facilities include a communal lounge, delightful communal garden, laundry room and a twin bed guest site. There are good local amenities within a ¼ mile, including a GP surgery, Post Office, newsagents, library, restaurants and public houses. Public transport in the area is sufficient with buses running from outside the court, to the historical towns of Colchester and Braintree. Social activities at the court include coffee mornings , lunch club, quiz afternoons and darts.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
