Work began in 2008 and residents moved into their new homes early in 2009.Designed by P+HS and procured through a partnering contract with Frank Haslam Milan, this sheltered housing development consists of 22 one and two-bedroom apartments for rent and 4 bungalows for sale, providing both independent and supported living for older people.
Individual bathrooms and kitchens are carefully designed, and the development includes a communal lounge for residents, a secure entrance and a buggy store. We specified materials that reflected the predominantly red brick of the surrounding buildings and included feature areas of timber cladding and render for a contemporary solution." Show less
