Show more "Heseltine Court contains 40 one bedroom flats suitable for 1-2 people and is located on the seafront midway between Clacton and Holland-on-Sea. The Court contains a well equipped and spacious laundry, twin bedded guest room, an extensive communal lounge and garden facilities which host the regular coffee mornings and other social activities throughout the year. Although the town centre is approximately one mile away, there are a variety of transport options open to the less mobile and Clacton offers a good selection of shops, supermarkets and services. Most of the doctors, dentists and chemists are situated in the town although there are options which are more local to the Court. Although Clacton-on-Sea is a tourist resort, the location of the Court is such that it suffers little disruption during the summer season and offers a secure and tranquil environment for its residents.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
