All properties have their own kitchen and bathroom.Nene Close is located very near to Stourbridge town centre with parking to the side and lawned areas to the front and rear of the building. These are all well maintained for the enjoyment of tenants. For safety there is security lighting installed all around the external areas of the grounds. The main entrance door to the building is permanently locked, providing a secure environment and all tenants have fob access, ensuring their independence.
