Located in the suburb of Blackheath, Rowley Regis, on the outskirts of Birmingham and accessible by bus/train to Birmingham city centre and also the popular Merry Hill Shopping Centre. There are 76 flats, mostly suitable for single people, although there are some slightly larger flats to suit couples. There are several pubs, a library and shops in the high street within walking distance or short car ride. There is a bus stop directly outside building. The scheme has a communal laundry, two lounges, hairdressing room, a storage room for mobility scooters and a computer room. Residents' guests can stay in a guest room with twin beds.
