There are 39 flats in total, over three floors. We are ideally located, we have several local shops including a Chemist, Fish & Chip Shop and convenience store just a minute’s walk, and are many plenty of other shops a 5 minute walk away. We are a few minutes’ walk to bus stops that will take you to Erdington, Kingstanding, Stockland Green and Birmingham City Centre. There are a couple of local Doctors surgeries nearby. When the Scheme Manager is not on site there is a 24 hour emergency call system throughout the scheme. Emery House has a communal laundry, a large communal lounge with plenty of books to read and where regular activities take place, and kitchen area. We also have a communal toilet/shower room.
