Show more "Dwyer House is welcoming, very light and airy with lovely gardens, in the suburb of Erdington, Birmingham. There are 58 flats in total, 38 in the main building, 6 of those are studios and a further 20 flats located within the two outer blocks.

We have a lovely well maintained communal garden at the front and rear of the main building, where many residents like to sit and talk to each other. We are ideally situated, we have many local shops and take aways just a 2 minute walk, and are only a 10 minute walk to Erdington High Street. We are situated near to Erdington Train Station, and near to bus stops that will take you into Kingstanding, Sutton Coldfield and Birmingham City Centre.

There is also a doctors surgery within a 10 minute walk, and also Erdington Leisure Centre where there is a gym and swimming facilities. There is a social club at the end of the road, and we are also close to the local church.

When the Scheme Housing Officer is not on site, there is a 24hr emergency call system within the properties. Dwyer House has a communal laundry, a large communal lounge where residents and their visitors can read a book, or have a game of darts or pool, play air hockey or ping pong. There is also a communal kitchen with tea/coffee facilities. We also have a twin bedded guest room that can be hired out to visitors of our residents, this is complete with an on suite bathroom."
