There are 58 one bedroom flats in total, 38 in the main block, 6 of those are studios and a further 20 flats located within the two outer blocks.We have a lovely well maintained communal garden in the middle of all the blocks which many residents like to sit and talk to each other. We are ideally situated, we have many local shops just a 2 minute walk, and are only a 10 minute walk to Erdington high street. We are also close to Erdington Train Station, and near to bus stops that will take you to Kingstanding, Sutton Coldfield and Birmingham City Centre. There is a social club on the corner of the road and we are also close to the local church and Erdington Leisure Centre just a 10 minute walk away.
24 hr on-site care and support is available depending on assessed need. When the Scheme Manager is not on site there is an emergency call system. Dwyer House has a communal laundry, a large communal lounge with plenty of books to read and kitchen area. We also have a twin bedded guest room and hair salon which is also used by our local Chiropodist." Show less
