Show more "Our high-quality housing for older people allows residents to live comfortably, securely, and independently whilst in the knowledge that help is there if they need it. At Bell House, we offer purpose-built rental properties for people over the age of 60 or over 55 if you are in receipt of PIP (Personal Independence Payment) or DLA (Disability Living Allowance).

Each flat consists of a kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom/s with a 24-hour alarm service if ever you have an emergency. Bell House offers a wide range of facilities, including a communal lounge with kitchen, a communal garden, an on-site laundry, communal parking bays and a guest room for visitors. We also have a buggy store and communal hairdressers. The flats are located close to local shops including a chemist, small supermarket, hairdressers, barbers, butchers, café and Post Office. Good local bus routes are every 20 minutes into Southend on Sea, Rayleigh and Rochford. The scheme is near to a GP, community centre and churches and is surrounded by lots of countryside, but only ten minutes by car to Southend on Sea and Rochford.

There is a Scheme Manager service responsible for the management of the building, security and communal areas. For more information or to arrange a viewing, please call 0800 1313348 (from landline) or 0300 123 3511 (from mobile) or email contactus@sanctuary-housing.co.uk" Show less
